This new packaging kit showcases some of Carlson's print innovation and unique materials. The outer box (pictured to the left) is 18PT C1S board surface printed using Carlson's Colour Foil™ treatment along with 4 color process, plus a Matte varnish and a UV Spot gloss coating. This outer box showcases not only great printing, but demonstrates that we have the converting capability to die cut and fold & glue the package. We can take your packaging from start to finish and elevate your brand with great printing. |

Foil board Everybody likes shiny things and when you combined foil board with printing you get a product that stands out. This package features 16PT foil board material. Then Carlson surface printed with 4 color process + 2 whites and a gloss UV coating. Combing foil board and print makes for a stunning product that stands out. |

MotionCoat™ Print techniques abound at Carlson and one of our eye-catching processes is MotionCoat™. When printing the coating, we apply unique patterns that give "motion" to the outside of package. This provides additional interest that draws the consumer to our product. Using 18PT C1S board, we surface printed using 4 color process along with the MotionCoat™ coating and varnish. Patterns are limited, but when used to highlight parts of your packaging, it makes a statement. |

Recycled Plastic - PE All plastics are not created equal and can be environmental, unique and functional. This box uses polyethylene which is a curb-side recyclable plastic. The material used started natural translucent, but once you add color it changes the dynamics of the box dramatically. We used 15PT translucent polyethylene, a #2 recycled plastic. Then we surface printed with 4 color process + 2 whites and a gloss UV coating. On the inside, we printed 4 color process, which give the box the blue tint color. Combing unique materials with great print gets your product noticed. |

Cast & Cure Holographic effects differentiate you in the market. Let Carlson create a unique visual appeal to your product or brand with Cast & Cure. Cast & Cure is a decorative coating process that integrates “casting” (or film) and “curing” techniques to form a holographic finish on a variety of substrates. Cast & Cure applies micro-embossing light-diffracting effects into the surface of materials. Using 14PT Clear APET plastic then surface printed with 4 color process + 2 whites with the Cast & Cure treatment. The inside is reverse printed with 4 color process + 2 whites. |
